Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for light industrial, administrative, and technical roles on the night shift.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Building a talent pipeline for future urgent requirements.
- Coordinating with placement specialists to ensure successful candidate onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet research tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
