Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our clients' immediate and future needs.
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborating with account managers to understand client requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Managing the full lifecycle of temporary and direct-hire placements.
- Ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successful placements in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during the night shift.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Strong research and networking skills.
