In this pivotal position, you will be the first line of defense for our clients during critical operational hours, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction across the board.
Responsibilities
- Monitor & Troubleshoot: Proactively monitor system performance and resolve technical incidents for internal clients during night hours.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and escalate critical issues according to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- System Maintenance: Execute scheduled backups, patches, and server maintenance tasks during low-traffic windows.
- User Support: Provide expert remote and on-site technical assistance for hardware and software issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of support tickets and technical configurations for the day shift team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or System Administration.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (TCP/IP).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
