Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues across network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware/software troubleshooting during overnight shifts
- Monitor system health, perform preventive maintenance, and document all IT incidents
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and cybersecurity protocols
- Support after-hours deployment of critical patches and system upgrades
- Deliver exceptional customer service via remote channels and occasional on-site visits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or remote work background
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, network, and application issues
- Excellent written communication for documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional on-site visits
