Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts, server issues, and cybersecurity threats
- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in IT service management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and patches
- Conduct user training sessions for new technologies during overnight downtimes
- Perform proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers with detailed context and impact analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, network, and application troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) on a rotating schedule
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
