Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure during overnight hours

- Perform security patch deployments and vulnerability assessments
- Manage backup systems and disaster recovery procedures

Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
