Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote and on-site technical support for enterprise servers and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols during overnight operational windows
- Execute system backups, updates, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Document incident reports and maintenance logs using ITIL-compliant systems
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with minimal supervision
- Support end-user requests via ticketing system and remote access tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift background
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticket management systems
