Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols during maintenance windows
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and process improvements
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments
- Perform proactive system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote monitoring tools
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site equipment maintenance
