Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Resolve system outages and escalate critical incidents
- Document support tickets and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Implement security protocols and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional on-site visits
