Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and respond to system alerts, tickets, and incident reports via ticketing systems
- Perform system maintenance, patch deployments, and server reboots during low-traffic windows
- Document all troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Support security protocols including access control audits and vulnerability scans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and enterprise backup systems
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously during night shifts
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware deployments
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
