Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and security incidents via ticketing systems
- Execute scheduled system maintenance, updates, and patch deployments during off-peak windows
- Document all troubleshooting activities and create detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex cross-functional issues
- Conduct proactive security scans and vulnerability assessments
- Manage backup systems and disaster recovery protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Ability to work independently during night shift with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site equipment rotations
