Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during night hours
- Monitor and maintain network security systems, firewalls, and server infrastructure
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems and enterprise applications
- Document all support tickets, incidents, and resolutions using ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and issue escalation

Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise-level networking and security
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
