Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex system outages and performance issues
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and solution workflows
- Execute scheduled system patches, updates, and security audits
- Train end-users on remote access protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Support emergency system recovery during critical business hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, VPN, and endpoint management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ticket management systems
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a 24/7 environment
