Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems during overnight hours
- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to critical alerts in real-time
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows with minimal disruption
- Maintain compliance with security protocols and data privacy standards
- Train and mentor junior team members on shift-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support or systems administration experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification required
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize critical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends
