Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical systems during overnight hours, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Respond to urgent client inquiries and resolve technical escalations within SLA
- Collaborate with global teams via secure communication channels for cross-functional support
- Generate comprehensive shift reports documenting incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics
- Implement preventative maintenance protocols to minimize operational disruptions
- Train and mentor new contract specialists on night shift best practices
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols including data security and privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in night shift or 24/7 operational environments
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated incident resolution expertise
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation to Austin facility
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
