- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
- Resolve complex network and hardware issues with minimal supervision
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments
- Perform system backups and security vulnerability scans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux administration
