Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and resolve technical incidents that arise during the night shift.
- Provide Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine system backups and patch management to ensure data integrity.
- Escalate complex issues to the day shift team and provide detailed handoff documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct nightly security audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
