Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure including servers, cloud services, and security protocols

- Document all incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global IT teams during handover periods for seamless operations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with night shift or rotational shift background
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network, security, and endpoint issues
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations
