Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for night-shift positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and candidate tracking during evening hours.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and availability for overnight shifts.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool of temporary and contract workers for our client base.
- Coordinate with payroll and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Utilize social media and job boards to proactively source passive candidates in the evening.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
