Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Drive innovation in algorithm efficiency and model deployment pipelines.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with 2026-era technologies such as edge computing, federated learning, or neuromorphic hardware.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
