In this contract position, you will support the contract management lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and assisting senior staff with critical administrative tasks. We value attention to detail and offer a chance to work on high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage Data Integrity: Input, verify, and maintain accurate contract records and databases using MS Excel and SharePoint.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format basic correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Contract Support: Assist in the preparation of contract renewals, amendments, and compliance documentation.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars for senior executives and coordinate internal team meetings.
- Research Assistance: Conduct basic research on regulatory changes and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
