Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and system performance problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop environments, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory is a plus.
