Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 IT support for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets using JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Perform hardware installations, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Configure and secure network access for new employees.
- Conduct user training sessions on company software and security protocols.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate inventory logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (Network+ is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
