  • Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and configurations in the ticketing system.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (approx. 30-50 lbs) and perform physical setup tasks.
