Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Manage IT asset inventory and perform hardware deployments.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve technology adoption.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement software patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of VPNs, Active Directory, and cloud services (Google Workspace/Azure).
