Role Overview:
You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, ensuring our operations run smoothly without interruption. We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Manage and track incoming service tickets using industry-standard ticketing systems.
- Perform regular maintenance on workstations, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including hardware setup and software configuration.
- Document technical solutions and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a strong plus.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and peripheral devices.
