Responsibilities
- Provide on-site hardware/software troubleshooting for corporate clients across Phoenix metro area
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems and peripheral devices
- Resolve network connectivity issues and security vulnerabilities
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Conduct user training on new software implementations
- Collaborate with remote teams to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience with A+/Network+ certification
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform on-site installations
- Strong communication skills with customer service focus
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Flexible availability including weekday/weekend shifts
