Qualifications

- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport instantly
- Strong understanding of New York's talent landscape and competitive compensation structures
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous assignments
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Valid NYC business license and ability to work in the United States
