Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match top talent with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment funnels and improve placement rates
- Represent Peak Talent Partners at industry networking events and career fairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Denver's competitive job market
- Expertise in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workday
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
