Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across IT, finance, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination
- Develop deep client relationships through regular communication and market trend updates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience with proven track record of filling urgent roles
- Expert knowledge of Chicago's job market and industry-specific talent pools
