Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match skills with requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Fresno's local job market and industries
- Proficient in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
