Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-demand roles in IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the Indianapolis metropolitan area
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments using our proprietary evaluation framework
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience (corporate HR will not be considered)
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
