- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate industrial and warehouse placements
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs across Milwaukee businesses
- Conduct in-person interviews and skills assessments at our downtown Milwaukee office
- Coordinate same-day staffing assignments with precision and urgency
- Maintain compliance with state and federal employment regulations
- Utilize our proprietary staffing software for candidate matching and scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
