Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indianapolis-area hiring managers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job orders
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record meeting sales/recruitment metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis job market
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
