Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client needs across Philadelphia's key industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement of temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for all potential placements
- Utilize our ATS system to track recruitment metrics and optimize placement strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client partners
- Participate in local job fairs and networking events to expand talent pool
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements and client satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia's job market and key industry sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
