Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Sacramento
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking for talent acquisition
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Contribute to weekly performance metrics and pipeline growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
