Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries
- Negotiate compensation packages and onboard placements
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
