Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and placement quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
