Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings in IT, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS systems and social platforms to identify passive candidates
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and company standards
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or related HR background
- Proven success in high-volume or urgent hiring environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
