Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for 15+ client partners weekly
- Execute end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
- Develop talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Manage client relationships through weekly business reviews
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates
- Lead onboarding sessions for new hires across diverse industries
Qualifications
- 2+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience required
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong understanding of Charlotte's talent market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to start within 72 hours of offer
