Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in Baltimore metro
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Utilize ATS systems for tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 1+ years recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
