Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma City job market
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
