Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Prospecting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify high-quality technical candidates for specialized roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary requirements.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and provide market insights.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and ensuring successful placement.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
- Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for future roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing, preferably within the DC market or federal contracting sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Cybersecurity concepts.
- ATS Mastery: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and CRM tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with both candidates and clients.
- Networking: Strong network within the DC tech community and proven ability to cold call and network to generate leads.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
