Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential job candidates to determine their skills and suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
- Process daily payroll and ensure accurate time tracking for all workers.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates and current job openings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
