Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision and market goals.
- Innovation Evangelism: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging tech (GenAI, Edge Computing, etc.) to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, ensuring clarity and buy-in for future investments.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with key tech partners, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and strategists focused on the 2026 horizon.
- Operational Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of future technologies into current operational frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or C-level capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is highly preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into profitable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
