Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals and market positioning.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) and assess their potential for application within the organization.
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, ensuring resource allocation maximizes ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a team of futurists and technologists, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior strategic leadership roles within the technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
