Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-state solutions
- Produce high-impact reports on technological convergence and societal implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and exponential technologies
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist research or thought leadership
