Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and translate insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Develop 2026-2030 innovation scenarios and stress-test business models against disruptive forces
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives using proprietary foresight methodologies and AI-driven trend analysis
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams to align on future-proof priorities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies (Web3, biotech, AR/VR)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
