- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies 3-5 years before mainstream adoption
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof architecture principles
- Author white papers on long-term technology impacts for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
