Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month implementation milestones
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and emerging threat assessments for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors with ROI projections and risk mitigation plans
- Mentor a team of 5+ senior engineers and product specialists in future-focused methodologies
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with government agencies and venture capital
- Author annual 'Tech Horizons' industry report positioning Innovate Tomorrow as thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products with >$100M ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Porter's Five Forces, Gartner Hype Cycle, Scenario Planning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
